The purpose of the Meeting is relating to City business including the 2040 Vision and Strategic Plan and to discuss various matters including but not limited to, roles, meeting dates and City Council issues and concerns as may arise. No City Council action shall be taken at the retreat. If action is to be taken, it will be scheduled for a regular Council meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
