The City has scheduled a Town Hall type of meeting for this coming Monday (10/19) to discuss the 2016 proposed budget & levy in response to Lloyd Erdahl’s request. You may remember that it was Erdahl (Chair of the City’s Economic Development Advisory Committee) who has publicly gone on record in support of a 16% tax levy increase instead of the 11.5 % proposal. CAG encourages any of you who can make it to be there. The announcement says there will be time for questions, and in CAG’s judgment some tough questions should be asked. The meeting will take place at 6:30 at City Hall.
